We have obtained the rights for a brand new type of printing technology that is perfect for use by people who want to produce large volumes of corporate print orders onto virtually any substrate (except fabrics).



This system does NOT use any heat and can thus be safely used on plastic products. Although photo's are not as picture perfect as those done with the sublimation process, logo's are better, especially in areas where there's a solid colour fill. For the 1st time products such as pens, rulers, computer mice, glasses, calculators, conventional clocks, sports bottles (metal and plastic) and so on can be printed with a full colour, wrap around print, in a quantity as low as 1 unit.

Added to this, this system can also be used to "dip" items, so things like crash helmets, car parts, gear levers, cellphones, pc keyboards, and so on can be decorated in full colour over the entire surface, even in areas where a print would not normally be able to be applied. This system can print onto both items coated for sublimation use, and also uncoated items. In terms of speed, if you're printing mugs, you can produce in excess of 2,000 pcs per day !

This system requires a small factory or office space, or even your garage at home but is not suitable for use in a shop. Pricing will be under R 100,000. We will also be offering a bureau print service for people wanting to print items with this technology until such time as we have enough customers using this technology to send the business to.
